Opening Message
Thank you very much for all the wonderful submissions to the 3rd MIRAI Coloring Contest.
The theme of this contest was “A Future Filled with Love and Joy.”
We received many heartfelt and unique works of art from around the world, and we are truly grateful to everyone who participated.
Contest Overview
The contest was held online from April 20 to May 31, 2025, with the theme “A Future Filled with Love and Joy.”
Participants from Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, and India submitted a total of 165 entries.
Each and every artwork beautifully expressed hopes for a future filled with love and joy through rich colors and powerful creativity.
The creativity and passion poured into each piece deeply moved all of us on the organizing team.
The contest featured three age categories: Under 12, 13–18, and 19 and Above.
In each category, participants freely expressed their visions of the future and personal messages through their art.
Judging and Award Criteria
For the judging process, MIRAI and the organizing team carefully reviewed all entries based on four key points:
Relevance to the theme, originality, use of color, and expressive power.
The level of creativity was extremely high, making the selection process very challenging.
We were truly delighted to encounter so many unique and inspiring works of art.

Upcoming Announcements
We are excited to announce that a special exhibition will be held at the “HaART Museum” in Kagawa Prefecture from August 3 to September 28.
Selected coloring contest entries will be showcased in a large collage as part of this solo exhibition.
In addition, the award-winning artworks will be available as original T-shirts for sale on MIRAI CANVAS.
We are also planning to hold the next MIRAI Coloring Contest toward the end of the year.
