MIRAI no IRO no WA の次のすべてを対象にしています。
運営は、主宰 MIRAI（MIRAI MARVELOUS CREATION Sdn. Bhd.／マレーシア）と、運営事務・決済管理を担う XXALLIUS Inc.（日本）です。以下、あわせて「当事務局」と呼びます。
おあずかりする情報は、必要な範囲にとどめます。ここでは、何を・なぜ・どこに置き、どうすれば取り下げられるかを書きます。
a. ぬりえを受け取るとき
個人情報はいただきません。何枚ダウンロードされたかという数だけを数えています。
b. フェスティバル（コンテスト）に応募するとき
応募フォームで、次をおたずねします。回によって項目は変わります。
c. 作品を送るとき（フェスティバルの合間も受け付けています）
お名前（またはニックネーム）・メールアドレス・国・年齢（任意）・メッセージ（任意）・作品の写真。あわせて、ギャラリーへの掲載に同意いただいたか、SNSでの紹介に同意いただいたか、写真に人が写っている場合その方の同意があるか、代理で送られた場合は保護者としての送信であるかを記録します。
d. 広場に入るとき
作品に添えたお名前をおたずねし、すでに掲載されている名前と照合します。一致したときは、参加の記録として、入力されたお名前・照合用に簡略化した表記・一致した作品番号・登録日・状態を残します。あわせて、ご利用の回線から作った「元に戻せない文字列」（IPアドレスをSHA-256にかけ、先頭12文字だけを残したもの。アドレスそのものは保存しません）と、この画面が作る番号を残します。
扉を開くときは、合言葉・メールアドレス・パスワード・（希望される場合）表示に使うニックネームをいただきます。パスワードは、入力された文字そのままではなく、別のかたちに変換して保存します。
ニックネームは、ほかの方と重ならないかを確かめます。また、お名前の照合がうまくいかないときは、見つける手がかり（作品の特徴など）を書いていただくことがあります。その内容もおあずかりします。
e. 「ありがとう」を押すとき
どの作品に押したかを記録します。あわせて、同じ方が何度も押していないかを見るための印として、上のdと同じ「元に戻せない文字列」と、画面が作る番号を残します。お名前も連絡先も記録しません。

いただいた内容と、返信先。
g. 支えていただくとき（寄付）
決済は Stripe を通じて XXALLIUS Inc. がお預かりします。カード番号などの決済情報は、当事務局には届きません。Stripe が扱います。カードのご利用明細には「MIRAI no IRO no WA」と表示されます。
h. ページを見ているとき
選ばれた言語（日本語／英語）を、お使いの端末の中に保存します。読み込むたびに選び直さずに済むようにするためです。
公開されます——表示名（ニックネームでかまいません）、作品、国、年齢、掲載に同意いただいた一言。
公開しません——メールアドレス、性別、住所・電話番号、パスワード、回線から作った文字列、画面が作る番号、ご相談の内容。法令に基づく場合と、展示・広報として同意いただいた範囲（作品と表示名）を除き、外に出しません。
上記の情報は、このサイトの裏側にある Cloudflare KV に保存します。応募フォームの回答は Google フォームにも保存されます。
ここで得たメールアドレスを、配信リストとして別に持つことはしません。確認や証明書のお知らせのためだけに使います。
広場を作り直すときは、いただいた「ありがとう」と掲載された一言、そして参加の記録を引き継ぎます。参加の記録は、ご本人であることの証明ではなく、「このお名前がここで受け付けられた」という記録にとどまります。
参加の記録・ありがとう・一言は、期限を決めて自動で消す運用はしていません。個別の削除は、ご依頼いただいた場合、または通報への対応として行います。ご相談は、返信をお送りしたあとに削除します。
作品の提出・手動での確認の依頼・承認待ちの一言・通報・ご相談のいずれかで当事務局にお知らせのメールが飛ぶとき、その1通には、内容に応じてお名前・メールアドレス・書かれた本文が含まれます。Brevo と Google は、その範囲を扱います。作品の写真そのもの・参加の記録の全体・他の方の書き込みは含まれません。
16歳未満の方は、応募・作品の提出・広場への入場を、保護者の方といっしょにお願いします。メールアドレスが必要な場面では、保護者の方のアドレスをお使いください。
おあずかりしている情報について、見る・直す・消す・同意を取り下げることができます。作品の取り下げ、掲載名の変更、広場からの退会も含みます。下記までご連絡ください。

日本およびマレーシアの個人情報の保護に関する法令に従います。情報の漏えい・滅失・毀損を防ぐため、必要な対策を講じて管理します。上記のとおり、情報は日本国外のサーバー（Cloudflare 等）にも保存されます。
内容を変えたときは、このページの日付を新しくします。大きな変更のときは、サイトでお知らせします。

Everything below is part of MIRAI no IRO no WA:
The project is led by MIRAI (MIRAI MARVELOUS CREATION Sdn. Bhd., Malaysia), with administration and payments handled by XXALLIUS Inc. (Japan). Together we are called “the Secretariat” below.
We keep what we hold to a minimum. This page sets out what we collect, why, where it is kept, and how you can withdraw it.
a. When you receive a coloring sheet
Nothing personal. We only count how many sheets have been downloaded.
b. When you enter the festival (contest)
The entry form asks for the following. The exact fields have changed from round to round.
c. When you send us your artwork (we accept these between festivals too)
Your name (or nickname), email address, country, age (optional), a message (optional), and the photo of your artwork. We also record whether you agreed to show it in the gallery, whether you agreed to a feature on social media, whether anyone shown in the photo agreed to appear, and — if you sent it on someone else’s behalf — that you are their parent or guardian.
d. When you enter the square
The square asks for the name you sent with your artwork and checks it against the names already published. If it matches, we keep a participation record: the name you typed, its simplified form used for matching, the artwork number(s) it matched, the date, and its status. We also keep an irreversible string made from your connection (your IP address put through SHA-256, of which only the first 12 characters are kept — never the address itself) and a number this page creates.
Opening the door adds a shared passphrase, your email address, a password, and — if you like — a nickname to be shown in place of your name. Your password is transformed into a different form before it is stored; we do not keep the characters you typed.
We check that a nickname does not clash with someone else’s. If your name cannot be matched automatically, you may be asked to write a note that helps us find your work; we keep that note too.
e. When you tap “thank you”
We record which artwork you tapped, together with the same irreversible string and page-generated number as in (d) — used only to see whether the same person tapped more than once. No name, no contact details.

g. When you support us
Payments are received by XXALLIUS Inc. through Stripe. Card numbers and other payment details never reach the Secretariat — Stripe handles them. Your card statement will show “MIRAI no IRO no WA.”
h. While you are reading a page
We store your language choice (Japanese or English) on your own device, so you do not have to choose again on every page.
Public: your display name (a nickname is fine), your artwork, your country, your age, and any word you agreed to show.
Not public: your email address, gender, postal address and phone number, your password, the string made from your connection, the number this page creates, and anything you wrote to us privately. We do not pass these on, except where the law requires it or within the scope you agreed to for exhibition and promotion (your artwork and display name).
All of the above is stored in Cloudflare KV, the database behind this website. Entry form responses are also stored in Google Forms.
We do not keep a separate mailing list from any of this. Email addresses are used only for confirmations and certificates.
If we rebuild the square, the thank-yous, the published words and the participation records carry over. A participation record is not proof of who you are — only a note that this name was accepted here.
Participation records, thank-yous and words are not deleted on a schedule. We delete a specific one on your request, or after a report we act on. Anything you wrote to us privately is deleted once we have replied.
When an artwork submission, a manual-check request, a word awaiting approval, a report or a message sends us a notification email, that single email can include your name, your email address and what you wrote. Brevo and Google see that much. It does not include the artwork photo itself, your full participation record, or other people’s posts.
Please enter, submit artwork and use the square together with a parent or guardian. Where an email address is needed, please use a parent or guardian’s address.
You can ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, and to withdraw your consent — including taking an artwork down, changing the name shown, or leaving the square. Write to us:

We follow the personal data protection laws of Japan and Malaysia, and take the measures needed to prevent leakage, loss or damage. As set out above, data is also stored on servers outside Japan (Cloudflare and others).
When we change it, we update the date on this page. For significant changes, we will say so on the site.
