参加規約

この規約は、MIRAI no IRO no WA に参加していただくときの約束ごとです。運営は、主宰 MIRAI（MIRAI MARVELOUS CREATION Sdn. Bhd.／マレーシア）と、運営事務・決済管理を担う XXALLIUS Inc.（日本）です。以下、あわせて「当事務局」と呼びます。
参加のかたちは、大きく3つです。ぬりえを受け取って塗ること、塗った作品を送ること、広場に入ること。順に書きます。
1. この歩みは、ひとりひとりの色を持ち寄って、境界線のない一枚を紡ぐための試みです。競い合う場所ではありません。
2. 年齢・性別・国籍を問わず、どなたでも参加できます。16歳未満の方は、保護者の方といっしょにご参加ください。
3. 参加は、本名でも、ニックネーム（呼び名）でもかまいません。
4. 参加に費用はかかりません。また、参加や作品の利用に対して、報酬のお支払いはありません。
5. 時期を決めた催し（ぬりえフェスティバル）を開くことがあります。その回だけの条件——受付の期間、贈りもの、応募の方法など——は、その回の案内に書きます。この規約と食い違うときは、その回の案内が優先します。
6. ぬりえは無料です。これからも無料のままにします。
7. 印刷も、配ることも自由です。ご家庭でも、教室でも、地域の活動でも、必要な枚数だけ複製してください。
8. ただし、無料のままでお願いします。白紙でも、塗ったあとでも、印刷物でもデータでも、販売はご遠慮ください。
9. ぬりえの線画（元の絵）の著作権は、MIRAI にあります。線画そのものを、別の作品や商品の素材として使うことはご遠慮ください。
10. あなたが塗った一枚は、あなたのものです。送っていただかなくてもかまいません。手元に置いてください。
11. 送っていただけるのは、ご本人が手で塗った作品に限ります。
12. 次のものが含まれる作品は、公開や活用の対象外とさせていただくことがあります。
13. 作品の著作権は、塗ったあなたにあります。当事務局に移ることはありません。
14. あわせて、当事務局が次のことを行えるよう、使用を許していただきます。範囲は、この歩みの目的の中に限ります。地域や期間の制限はつけません。
14-2. ここで有償になりうるのは、みんなの色を紡ぎ上げた一枚と、そこから生まれた品です。一人ひとりの作品を、それ単体で売ることはしません。また、参加者へのお支払いが発生しないことは、第1章4のとおりです。
15. 現実の場所に展示したものは、時間とともに傷んだり色が変わったりします。当事務局は、これを移ろいの一部と考え、修復や賠償の責任は負いません。
16. 作品は、写真のデータでお預かりします。原本をお預かりすることはありませんので、返却という手続きはありません。
17. 取り下げは、いつでもできます。掲載後でも、ご連絡いただければ取り下げます（第7章）。ただし、すでに印刷された物や、すでに展示された記録からは、取り除けない場合があります。
18. まとめて送っていただく場合。学校や団体の代表の方がまとめて送られるときは、参加される方（お子さまを含む）と保護者の方の同意を、代表の方にお取りいただきます。
19. 広場は、作品を送ってくださった方だけの場所です。作品に添えたお名前で、お入りいただけます。
20. 表示するお名前は、ニックネームに変えられます。
21. 広場では、次のことはご遠慮ください。
22. 根拠のある通報を受けたときは、そのお名前の入場を止めることがあります。安全のため、1日に押せる「ありがとう」や書ける言葉の数に上限を設けています。
23. 退会は、いつでもできます。ご連絡ください（第7章）。
24. 当事務局は、この場所を続けるために力を尽くしますが、いつでも見られることを保証するものではありません。点検・不具合・外部のサービスの停止などで、一時的に止まることがあります。
25. 参加者どうしのやりとりから生じたことについて、当事務局は責任を負いかねます。
26. この規約に反する行為があったときは、作品の公開停止、広場への入場停止などの対応をとることがあります。

Terms of Participation

These are the promises that apply when you take part in MIRAI no IRO no WA. The project is led by MIRAI (MIRAI MARVELOUS CREATION Sdn. Bhd., Malaysia), with administration and payments handled by XXALLIUS Inc. (Japan). Together we are called “the Secretariat” below.
There are three ways to take part: receiving a coloring sheet and coloring it, sending us what you coloured, and entering the square. Each is covered in turn.
1. This is an attempt to gather each person’s own colors and weave one picture with no borders in it. It is not a place to compete.
2. Anyone can take part, whatever their age, gender or nationality. If you are under 16, please take part together with a parent or guardian.
3. You may take part under your own name or a nickname.
4. Taking part is free. No payment is made for taking part or for the use of your artwork.
5. From time to time we hold a festival. Anything specific to that round — the entry period, gifts, how to enter — is set out in the announcement for that round. Where it differs from these terms, that announcement takes precedence.
6. The sheets are free, and they always will be.
7. You are free to print and share them — at home, in classrooms, in community activities. Make as many copies as you need.
8. Please keep them free. Blank or coloured, printed or digital, please do not sell them.
9. The line art itself remains the copyright of MIRAI. Please do not use the line art as material for other works or products.
10. The sheet you coloured is yours. You do not have to send it to us. Keep it.
11. Please send only work you coloured yourself, by hand.
12. We may leave a work out of publication or use if it contains:
13. The copyright in your artwork stays with you. It does not pass to the Secretariat.
14. You do grant us permission to do the following, within the purpose of this project, with no limit of region or period:
14-2. What may be offered for sale is the single painting woven from everyone’s colors, and things made from it. We do not sell any individual artwork on its own. And no payment is made to participants, as set out in Chapter 1, clause 4.
15. Anything exhibited in the real world will weather and change over time. We regard that as part of the passage of time, and are not responsible for restoration or compensation.
16. Artwork reaches us as photo data. We never hold the original, so there is nothing to return.
17. You can withdraw at any time, even after publication — just write to us (Chapter 7). Note that we cannot remove it from items already printed, or from records of past exhibitions.
18. Group submissions. Where a teacher or group representative submits on behalf of others, that representative obtains the consent of each participant (including children) and their guardians.
19. The square is only for those who have sent their artwork. You enter with the name you sent it with.
20. You may choose a nickname to be shown in place of that name.
21. In the square, please do not:
22. Following a well-founded report, we may stop a name from entering. For safety, there is a daily limit on thank-yous and on words.
23. You may leave at any time. Please write to us (Chapter 7).
24. We will do our best to keep this place open, but we cannot guarantee it is always available. Maintenance, faults, or an outside service going down may stop it for a while.
25. We cannot take responsibility for what arises between participants.
26. Where these terms are broken, we may stop publication of a work, or stop a name from entering the square.

29. When we change these terms, we update the date on this page. For significant changes, we will say so on the site.
30. These terms follow the laws of Japan and Malaysia.
