Terms of Participation

the one colour 2026 TSUMUGU:Participation Terms

These Participation Terms set forth the conditions for participating in "the one colour 2026 TSUMUGU," which is a part of "MIRAI no IRO no WA," hosted by MIRAI MARVELOUS CREATION Sdn. Bhd. and XXALLIUS Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Office").

Article 1 (Participation in the Project)

This project is an attempt to overlap the unique value ("one colour") held by each individual and together weave a story without borders.

  1. Participants shall participate of their own will, understanding the purpose of this project.

  2. Participation may be done using either your real name or a nickname (calling name).

  3. Anyone can participate regardless of age, gender, or nationality. However, minors must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before participating.

Article 2 (Guidelines for Submission)

  1. Submitted works are limited to original "digital coloring sheet data" created by the participant.

  2. Restrictions on Expression: To protect the quiet beauty of the "overlapping of one colour," works containing the following may be excluded from public display or utilization:

    • Photos or illustrations of faces where specific individuals can be identified.

    • Characters, corporate logos, or designs that infringe on the copyrights of third parties.

    • Political or religious propaganda, or expressions offensive to public order and morals.

Article 3 (Intellectual Property Rights and License)

  1. The copyright of the submitted work belongs to the participant who created it.

  2. Participants grant the Office the right to use the work (reproduction, processing, editing, exhibition, public transmission, etc.) for the purposes of this project (operation, exhibition, recording, publication, and maintenance of activities defined in Article 5, etc.) without compensation, and without regional or temporal restrictions.

  3. The Office holds the right to process the work (clipping, shrinking, overlapping, etc.) in order to weave the gathered colours into one (e.g., creating the tapestry or aircraft painting).

Article 4 (Exhibition as Public Art)

  1. Participants agree that their works will be expressed as "public art" not only in digital spaces but also in physical landscapes and on aircraft, and will be made open to the public.

  2. Due to the nature of outdoor exhibition and public display, works may undergo physical changes (deterioration or damage). The Office regards these as "the process of art shifting with the passage of time" and shall not be held responsible for restoration or damages.

Article 5 (Sustainability and Social Contribution)

  1. No rewards or compensation will be paid to participants for their participation or the use of their works.

  2. To raise funds for maintaining the activities to deliver this light to the sky in 2026 (securing exhibition space, materials, aircraft painting costs, etc.), the Office may provide the produced tapestry or related products to those who wish to receive them.

  3. Any surplus generated from the above activities will be returned to activities that promote the health of society, based on the purpose of this project. Details will be reported through the official website, etc.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Office is not responsible for the loss or delay of data due to communication failures.

  2. In the event of a dispute with a third party regarding a submitted work, the participant shall resolve it at their own responsibility, and the Office shall not bear any responsibility.

Article 7 (Changes to Terms and Governing Law)

  1. The Office may change these terms if deemed necessary for the sincere operation of this project.

  2. These terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan or Malaysia. In the event of a dispute, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Office's head office shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court of the first instance.
