1. Disclaimer Regarding the Nature of Public Art

• Physical Changes: Due to the nature of outdoor exhibitions and expressions on aircraft, fading, deterioration, or peeling may occur due to sunlight, rain, wind, temperature changes, etc. We regard these as part of "art that co-exists with the world and shifts over time," and the Office shall not bear any obligation for restoration or liability for compensation.

• Continuity of Exhibition: Based on the judgment of local municipalities or owners, or for safety reasons, exhibitions may be terminated or moved without prior notice.
   

2. Disclaimer Regarding Systems and Usage Environment

• Suspension of Service: The Office may interrupt or suspend the service without notice due to maintenance, communication environment failures, or force majeure.

• Communication Costs: All communication costs (internet connection fees, data communication fees, etc.) incurred in using this Site and submitting work data shall be borne by the participant.
   

3. Troubles Regarding Content and Between Participants

• Responsibility for Submitted Content: The participant shall be responsible for ensuring that their submitted work does not infringe on the rights of third parties (copyrights, portrait rights, etc.). In the event of a dispute, the participant shall resolve it at their own expense and responsibility.

• Relationships Between Participants: The Office shall not bear any responsibility for mediating or resolving troubles that occur between participants, or between a participant and a third party.
   

4. Limitation of Liability

• Scope of Responsibility: The Office shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage suffered by participants in connection with their participation in this project (loss of data, mental distress, or other financial loss, etc.), except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by the Office.
   

5. Accuracy of Information

The Office does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information on this Site or linked third-party sites.
 

6. Changes in Content

For the sincere development of this project, the specifications, exhibition methods, and the content of this disclaimer may be changed without prior notice.
